Refund Policy (Paddle)

This Refund Policy describes how cancellations and refunds are managed for our subscription services (SaaS). Payments and, where applicable, refunds, are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for our sales.

1. Right of Cancellation for Consumers (14 days)

If you are a Consumer and unless the exception indicated below applies, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days starting from the day after the completion of the transaction, without needing to state a reason. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your cancellation request before the 14-day period expires.

To cancel your order, you must inform Paddle of your decision (for faster processing, use the official support form): https://paddle.net/contact.

Note about subscriptions: For subscription services, the consumer's right of cancellation applies only to the initial subscription and not to each automatic renewal.

Effect of Cancellation (when applicable)

If you cancel in accordance with the above, Paddle will refund all payments received, without undue delay and, as a maximum, within 14 days since Paddle receives your request. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the transaction and no commissions will be charged for the refund.

2. Exception to the Right of Cancellation

Your consumer right to cancel does not apply to the supply of digital content that you have already started to download, play, stream, or acquire in any way, nor to products for which you have already obtained the benefit.

3. Refund Policy (Outside the Right of Cancellation)

Outside cases where consumer right of cancellation (or mandatory rights for non-conforming/defective products) applies, refunds are granted at Paddle's sole discretion, case by case, and may be rejected. Paddle will reject requests if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative conduct.

This does not affect your consumer rights regarding products that do not match the description, are defective, or are not fit for their purpose.

4. Subscriptions: Cancellation and No Refunds for Unused Time

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancellation. To avoid the next charge, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your current billing period ends, contacting Paddle at https://paddle.net/contact. Your cancellation will take effect on the next payment date.

There are no refunds for unused subscription periods.

If your subscription includes a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid the charge.

5. Indirect Taxes (if applicable)

If you have been charged indirect taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, others) and you are registered for such taxes in the country of purchase, you may be eligible for a tax refund where law allows. In that case, you must contact Paddle within 60 days after the purchase and provide a valid tax code for your country (if applicable).
